1. Who we are and the purpose of this Privacy Statement

This privacy statement applies to Cengage Learning (EMEA) Limited (together referred to in this Privacy Statement as “Cengage Learning”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

We take the security and privacy of customer information seriously. This privacy statement is designed to help you understand how we collect and use your personal data.
